The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern 4-storey building with an elevator, located on a new housing estate. The distance from the center is 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. From the estate to the city center runs the local bus. The estate is very quiet, away from the busy and noisy roads. The building inhabited mostly foreigners. Apartment of 80 sqm. It consists of 3 rooms, including a living room and two bedrooms. In addition, a kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies and a roof terrace. Rooms are air-conditioned.
